| Spinnin' Yarns has moved to a new, bigger location!!! The new shop is just a block north of the old shop on the other side of the street - come in and see our beautiful new space!! The new shop is located in the two story building at the corner of Griffith Boulevard and Columbia, across from the new YMCA. The front of the store faces the back door of Blythe's and not Griffith Boulevard. Spinnin' Yarns is Northwest Indiana's newest Local Yarn Store. Owned and run by a longtime knitter and crocheter who has taught knitting classes at the Lincoln Center in Highland for many years. Spinnin' Yarns strives to provide a pleasent and welcoming atmosphere and to meet your yarn needs without breaking the bank. Stop by today and see for yourself! Senior Citizen Day is the first Monday of every month. Don't forget to stop in for special savings! Come in on your birthday for a special discount! Bring in your drivers licence or other ID that shows you are one year older to receive 20% off on two skeins of yarn. Don't forget to join us for our Spinning Guild meeting on the last Saturday of the month from noon to 3pm! Bring your wheel and/or spindles, fiber, and a treat to share! Meetings will be monthly with further dates to be announced, beginners and inquiring minds are welcome! Ever seen a pattern you just loved on Ravelry but didn't want to make an online payment to get it? We will soon be signing up as a Ravelry shop so that you will be able to purchase Ravelry patterns in store and then we will make the payment to Ravelry for you.
